Terms and Conditions for Free Photoshoot Giveaway


1. Eligibility:

The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.

Participants must be legal residents of the United States to be eligible.

Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Lumen Link LLC are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:

The giveaway will run from October 2nd, 2024 to November 1st, 2024.

3. How to Enter:

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Sign up for our email newsletter and agree to receive promotional content.
  • Optional for a bonus entry: Share the giveaway post on their personal Facebook timeline.

4. Winner Selection:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using a third-party service, such as CommentPicker.com or FanpageKarma.com.

The winner will be announced on November 2nd, 2024 via Lumen Link's Facebook page and will also be contacted directly through Facebook Messenger or email.

5. Prize:

The winner will receive a free photoshoot, subject to Lumen Link LLC's standard contract terms regarding the use of photos, delivery methods, and scheduling.

Once the session date is mutually agreed upon, rescheduling is not permitted and will result in forfeiture of the prize.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

6. Publicity:

By entering, participants consent to Lumen Link LLC using their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy:

Personal information collected from participants will only be used for the administration of this giveaway and for Lumen Link LLC marketing purposes. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Disqualification:

Lumen Link LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or behaves unethically.
