Terms and Conditions for $50 Facebook giveaway
1. Eligibility:
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years and older.
Participants must be residents of the United States to be eligible.
Employees and immediate family members of Lumen Link LLC are not eligible to participate.
2. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway will run from September 18th, 2023, to October 1st, 2023.
3. How to Enter:
To enter the giveaway, participants must do all of the following:
- Follow or be following our Facebook page, "Lumen Link."
- Like the giveaway post.
- Tag a friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
To double your chances of winning and add another entry:
- Share the giveaway post on their own Facebook timeline.
4. Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries using commentpicker.com. or FanpageKarma.com
The winner will be announced on October 2nd, 2023, on our Facebook page ("Lumen Link") and will also be contacted via Facebook message.
5. Prize:
The winner will have the option to receive a $50 Amex Gift Card delivered by mail to their provided address in the United States.
Alternatively, the winner can choose to receive $50 via Venmo if preferred.
6. Publicity:
By entering the giveaway, participants grant Lumen Link LLC the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7. Privacy:
Information collected for this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Disqualification:
Lumen Link LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent or unethical behavior.
